1. VOICE-FIRST IN 90+ LANGUAGES. Native conversational triage in 90+ languages by voice and text, including all 22 official Indian languages: Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Malayalam, Urdu, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Konkani, Manipuri, Maithili, Nepali, Kashmiri, Dogri, Bodo, and Santali. Voice input and output make it usable by anyone, in the language they think in, even with low literacy.

2. MULTI-SPECIALTY HEALTH AI. Every query is analysed across 121 medical specialists and sub-specialists, giving a whole-picture view instead of a single-specialty answer, for every patient, every time.

3. MULTI-RECORD CROSS-ANALYSIS. Reads a patient's prescription and lab reports together in their own language, flagging drug-versus-result mismatches, dose concerns and contraindications. This addresses the paper-record continuity problem typical of Indian patient journeys, and the widespread risk of over-prescription and mis-prescription.

4. VERIFIED DRUG-SAFETY. A verified database of 93,000+ drug-interaction pairs and a 2.5 lakh+ (246,000+) medicine catalogue power real-time safety checks with clear severity flags.

5. SAFETY-FIRST ROUTING. Every interaction runs through a triage protocol of GREEN (self-care), YELLOW (consult a professional soon) and RED (emergency), with red-flag detection on every query.

6. AYUSH-AWARE, HARM-REDUCTION. Recognising that many patients use traditional medicine and allopathy concurrently, GoDavaii surfaces AI-verified traditional guidance (Desi Ilaaj) as a harm-reduction layer, checked for interactions with current medicines. Built-in clinical safety, not an afterthought.

- NEET-PG-style (MedMCQA, 500 questions): 82.2 percent
