About Model
We present Mannas-1, an EEG Foundation Model based on a novel MAE-based architecture, pretrained on 60,000 hours of raw EEG data. Mannas-1 outperforms its competitors on a wide variety of both clinical and BCI downstream tasks. Mannas-1 can be finetuned to do many things, for example, to detect signs of epilepsy in EEG signals. It can also be used in brain-computer interaction (BCI). Two variants are included - Mannas-Small (40M parameters) and Mannas-Medium (400M parameters).
