About Dataset

This dataset presents the progress of the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP), a Central Sector Scheme launched on April 1, 2016, aimed at digitizing land records across all States and Union Territories. Fully funded by the Government of India and implemented by the Department of Land Resources (DoLR) through the respective Revenue and Registration Departments, the programme focuses on key components such as Computerization of Land Records (CLR) and digitization of Records of Rights (RoR). The dataset captures numeric progress values reflecting the extent of implementation in each state or UT.
