Mission Antyodaya is a rural development initiative that collects village-wise data across NAGALAND to support participatory planning through Gram Panchayats under the GPDP framework.
Mission Antyodaya, launched in the Union Budget 2017–18, is a convergence framework to optimize resource use from 26 central Ministries for rural development. It emphasizes Gram Panchayats—like those in villages across NAGALAND—as focal points for planning. The annual Mission Antyodaya Survey collects village-wise data, including for each village in NAGALAND. This data supports participatory planning for the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) under the People's Plan Campaign.
