About Dataset
Mission Antyodaya, launched in the Union Budget 2017–18, is a convergence framework to optimize resource use from 26 central Ministries for rural development. It emphasizes Gram Panchayats—like those in villages across MANIPUR—as focal points for planning. The annual Mission Antyodaya Survey collects village-wise data, including for each village in MANIPUR. This data supports participatory planning for the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) under the People's Plan Campaign.
