Directive for states to enter household connection and public stand post data in IMIS with video conference support.
About Dataset
This letter dated 23rd April 2019 directs states to enter data in the Integrated Management Information System on the percentage of household connections in rural areas and the percentage of population covered with public stand posts. States were required to complete entries by 26th April 2019 forenoon. A video conference on 24th April 2019 was scheduled to address any difficulties faced by states in data entry. The exercise aimed to capture baseline information on water supply coverage for programme planning and monitoring purposes under the National Rural Drinking Water Programme.
