UTTARAKHAND 2010 Rules - ODR

Hindi-language rules made in 2010 under section 30 of the MSMED Act, 2006. They define terms such as Act, Council, Chairperson and institute, then set out council constitution, member appointment and tenure, meetings, and the handling of delayed-payment references through conciliation and arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
