In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 read with sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and after previous publication, Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes Regulations providing for the appointment and functioning of an Ombudsman in the State of Uttarakhand
