UERC DSM Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Commission makes the UERC (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2017.
