This dataset contains diagnostics data collected from health facilities under the Telangana Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department. It includes: Geographical Identifiers: Year, Month District, Mandal, Village Name Health Facility Name Patient Demographics: Age, Gender Diagnostic Tests: Blood Sugar, Bilirubin (Total & Direct) Serum Creatinine, Blood Urea, SGPT, SGOT Alkaline Phosphatase, Total Protein, Albumin & A/G Ratio Uric Acid, Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1C) Thyroid Hormones (T3, T4, TSH - including for newborn screening) Vitamin B12, Vitamin D Hemoglobin, Total Leucocyte Count, Differential Leucocyte Count Platelet Count, Total Red Blood Cell Count Hematocrit (HCT), Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) Blood Grouping Data Notes: Some test columns may be blank, as each patient undergoes different tests based on their individual health profile. The dataset is updated monthly and is publicly available under the Government Open Data License, India.
