It includes for each teacher: their gender; their academic qualification (e.g. graduate, postgraduate, etc.); their professional/training qualification (e.g. trained/untrained, diploma/degree, B.Ed. or equivalent); the classes they teach (primary, upper-primary, secondary, higher-secondary as applicable); the school category; and the type of school management (government, private, aided, local-body, etc.). With this data, one can analyse staffing patterns — including distribution of qualified and trained teachers by gender, school-level and management type; class-level teaching coverage; teacher deployment across different school categories; and equity in teacher distribution in Sonipat District — thereby enabling evidence-based planning, resource allocation, monitoring of human resources in school education, and assessment of quality and equity of teacher deployment.
