This document defines the MSME Sustainable (ZED) Assessment Framework for the Silver certification level, an intermediate tier of the ZED Certification Scheme. It sets out the scoring methodology, benchmark thresholds, and evidentiary requirements across the ZED pillars that an MSME must satisfy to be awarded Silver certification, serving as a bridge between entry-level (Bronze) and advanced (Gold) maturity levels.
