The Soil Health Card (SHC) Dataset is a comprehensive collection of soil testing and nutrient profiling data generated under the SHC scheme launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. The scheme aims to provide farmers with detailed information on the nutrient status of their soil along with recommendations for appropriate dosage of fertilizers to improve soil health and fertility. The dataset includes: Soil sample data across agro-climatic zones, Nutrient levels and soil health indicators, Recommended nutrient application for various crops, Farmer-wise and location-wise card issuance, GIS-based mapping of soil fertility, Decentralized soil testing lab performance and coverage
