About Dataset
This dataset reports, for the quarter July–September 2013, the number and types of public health facilities (e.g., PHCs, CHCs, district hospitals, etc.) across states and union territories in India that conducted deliveries, along with the count of deliveries carried out at those facilities. It is part of the official health data collection under the national HMIS framework, aimed at tracking institutional delivery coverage. This data helps assess the reach and performance of public facilities in providing maternal health services during that quarter, allowing for comparisons across regions, facility types, and over time.
