Made under the MSMED Act, 2006, these rules govern the Council for the Union Territory of Puducherry. Conciliation follows the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with parties required to appear and the report due within fifteen days. If settlement fails, the Council or an institute arbitrates, parties may present their case, and award copies issue within seven days.
Purpose of Dataset
