Participation Points in a Remote Internship
This dataset is taken from a large online internship programme run at a National Institute in India, from 15 May to 14 September 2026. Learners joined on a rolling basis and earned participation points for attending live sessions, answering live polls, completing peer learning, and completing a live project reviewed by mentors/teaching team. Points unlocked levels and badges that learners could share their on the social media handles.

Purpose of Dataset
Purpose of Dataset To make gamified participation points provided to learners for various activities during an Internship Program openly available for research and teaching. The data is released as collected, without analysis, so that researchers and students can pose their own questions on it.
