Nagaland MSE Facilitation Council Rules, 2006, in force from March 2007, for delayed-payment disputes.
Made under section 30 of the MSMED Act, 2006 and effective 7 March 2007, these rules apply across Nagaland. They set council appointment and cessation of membership, resignation on notice, fifteen-day buyer responses, conciliation reports by institutes within fifteen days, arbitration by the Council or an institute, and award reporting.
Provides the AI with Nagaland's legacy rules for explaining council membership, timelines and procedural stages relevant to delayed-payment negotiation and evidence preparation.
