Multivariate time-series data from environmental sensors during fish storage in a warehouse. Includes temperature, humidity, and gas concentrations.
This dataset consists of multivariate time-series sensor readings collected from a controlled fish storage warehouse during two separate experiments conducted in September 2021. The experiments involve different fish types (seer and tuna) placed in a storage basket, with environmental variables continuously monitored. Data was recorded at regular intervals using an IoT-based device developed by our organization. The fish were fresh at the start of storage and remained under observation throughout the dataset collection period. The dataset includes readings from environmental sensors measuring temperature (°C), humidity (%), and gas concentrations such as carbon dioxide (CO₂, ppm), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S, ppm), ammonia (NH₃, ppm), oxygen (O₂, %), and volatile organic compounds (VOC, ppm). This dataset can be valuable for exploratory analysis, multivariate time-series modelling, time-series forecasting, or environmental monitoring studies.
