About Dataset

The Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) Dataset is a comprehensive collection of data generated under the MIDH scheme, launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. The scheme aims to promote holistic growth of the horticulture sector through area-based regionally differentiated strategies, covering fruits, vegetables, spices, flowers, plantation crops, and medicinal plants. The dataset includes: State-wise and district-wise horticulture development data, Area expansion under various horticulture crops, Details of nurseries, greenhouses, cold chains, and market infrastructure Financial allocations, subsidies, and utilization, Beneficiary profiles and production outcomes, Technology adoption and capacity-building activities
