Manipur Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2012 with sitting allowances and conciliation-arbitration procedure.
Notified by the Commerce and Industries Department in 2012 under the MSMED Act, 2006, these rules provide that non-governmental members receive a sitting allowance of Rs 500 including travel and daily allowance. They cover experts, court assistance for evidence, affidavit-backed references, fifteen-day replies, conciliation by the Council or an institute, and arbitration.
Gives the AI a Manipur-specific procedural baseline for sequencing negotiation, conciliation and arbitration steps and the evidence parties must provide.
