With this data, one can analyse distribution and qualification profile of teaching staff, staffing patterns across school levels and management types, gender balance among teaching staff, and resource allocation — thereby enabling evidence‑based planning, resource distribution, monitoring of human resources in school education, and assessment of equity and quality of teacher deployment in Mahisagar District.
