This report presents the findings of the Functionality Assessment of Household Tap Connections (FHTC) conducted in Lohit district of Arunachal Pradesh under the Jal Jeevan Mission for the year 2022. The assessment evaluates the functionality status of rural household tap connections across sampled villages in the district. The report covers key aspects including water supply infrastructure, quantity and quality of water, regularity of supply, operation and maintenance of schemes, and user satisfaction levels. It provides detailed analysis of water quantity measured in litres per capita per day (LPCD), potability testing results, and compliance with prescribed water quality standards. The report also examines source sustainability, water quality monitoring mechanisms, service delivery management, and grievance redressal systems at the village level. Additionally, it includes information on Har Ghar Jal village status, household utilization patterns, and perception of beneficiaries on outcome indicators. The findings are supported by village-level factsheets, household survey data, and water quality test results from accredited laboratories.
