Geographical Details
a) State, district, block, and panchayat information using LGD (Local Government Directory) codes.
b) Names of villages and their respective administrative units.
Demographic Information
a) Total population, including a breakdown by Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and General category.
b) Total number of households in each village.
Tap Water Connection Data
a) Number of households with tap connections as of August 15, 2019 (Base Line data), and the current number of households with tap connections.
b) Number of schools and Anganwadis (balwadis) in the village and whether they have tap water connections.
c) Details on Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC) planned vs. provided.
Scheme Information
a) Scheme ID and name, along with the sanction year.
b) Type of scheme: Single Village Scheme (SVS), Multi-Village Scheme (MVS), or Bulk Water Supply (BWS).
c) Current status of the scheme (e.g., ongoing, completed).
d) Work order date, estimated cost, and total expenditure (in lakhs).
e) Number of Functional Household Tap Connections (FHTC) planned vs. provided
Community Participation & Special Initiatives
a) Number of women trained for water quality testing using Field Test Kits (FTK).
b) Whether the village has been certified as "Har Ghar Jal" (every household has a tap connection).
c) Whether a Village Water & Sanitation Committee (VWSC) has been formed.
d) If the village is classified as a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) village.
