With this data, one can analyse staffing patterns — including distribution of qualified and trained teachers by gender, school category, management type; class-level teaching coverage; teacher deployment across different school types; and equity in teacher distribution in Jind District — thereby enabling evidence-based educational planning, resource allocation, monitoring of human resources in school education, and assessment of quality and equity of teacher deployment in the district.
