About Dataset

This document defines the MSME Sustainable (ZED) Assessment Framework for the Gold certification level, the highest tier of the ZED Certification Scheme. It details the scoring methodology, benchmark thresholds, and evidentiary requirements across the ZED pillars of Quality, Technology, Environment, Financial Status, Human Resource, Safety, and Systems that an MSME must satisfy to be awarded Gold certification. It is intended for MSMEs pursuing advanced sustainability and quality maturity, as well as for ZED assessors conducting on-site or remote evaluations.
