The dataset provides detailed insight into the state of health services in East Siang during 2013–2014. It includes data on number of pregnant women registered for antenatal care (ANC), ANC in first trimester, women receiving three or more ANC checkups, tetanus‑toxo immunisation for pregnant women, iron‑folic acid (IFA) supplementation, expected pregnancies and deliveries, and institutional versus home deliveries. It also includes childhood immunisation coverage and other health‑service utilisation metrics as captured by HMIS. This data supports identifying gaps in maternal and child health service uptake, highlighting disparities, and enables evidence‑based planning and resource allocation to improve health outcomes in East Siang District.
