To provide a structured, privacy-preserving dataset of MSME grievances and their corresponding responses for AI/ML-based grievance classification, analysis, resolution-support, and service-delivery improvement.

About Dataset

This dataset contains masked grievance records submitted through the MSME grievance redressal system, along with information such as grievance category, state, creation date, reply status, grievance description, final reply, and reply date. Personally identifiable information (PII) has been masked to support secure use of the data for AI and analytical applications.

Purpose of Dataset

Enables Ai/ml-based Grievance Classification, Issue Identification, Resolution Analysis, And Data-driven Improvement Of Msme Grievance Redressal Policies And Services.
