Bharat Question Answer (QA) Dataset is a comprehensive collection of data about India (Bharat), covering multiple aspects including history, geography, culture, tourism, administration, education, economy, wildlife, literature, sports, and general knowledge. The dataset has been categorized across the following domains: History (इतिहास – 110 pairs): Chronicles India's rich historical legacy, covering the Indus Valley Civilization, the Vedic Age, the Mahajanapadas, the Maurya and Gupta Empires, the Delhi Sultanate, the Mughal Empire, the Indian freedom movement, the framing of the Constitution, eminent national leaders, and significant historical events and milestones that have shaped modern India. Geography (भूगोल – 110 pairs): Maps the physical and political geography of India, emphasizing its total geographical area, neighbouring countries, physiographic divisions, mountain ranges including the Himalayas, major rivers such as the Ganga, Brahmaputra, Yamuna, Godavari, Krishna, and Narmada, deserts, plateaus, coastal plains, islands, climatic zones, natural resources, and biodiversity hotspots. General Knowledge (सामान्य ज्ञान – 100 pairs): Provides concise factual information on India's national symbols, constitutional facts, demographic characteristics, important national institutions, scientific achievements, awards, major national events, notable firsts, and miscellaneous facts that complement the broader thematic domains. Administration (प्रशासन – 100 pairs): Covers India's constitutional and administrative framework, including the President, Vice-President, Prime Minister, Parliament, Supreme Court, Election Commission, Union and State governments, constitutional bodies, Union Territories, States, Panchayati Raj Institutions, federal structure, governance mechanisms, and important constitutional provisions. Economy (अर्थव्यवस्था – 100 pairs): Focuses on India's economic landscape, highlighting agriculture, industry, services, major crops, mineral resources, banking, taxation, exports, imports, infrastructure, digital economy, financial inclusion, flagship economic initiatives, and national development programmes. Tourism (पर्यटन – 100 pairs): Highlights India's diverse tourism landscape, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites, historical monuments, pilgrimage centres, forts, palaces, temples, national parks, beaches, hill stations, cultural circuits, and other iconic destinations that showcase the country's rich natural and cultural heritage. Culture (संस्कृति – 100 pairs): Curates India's vibrant cultural heritage, featuring major festivals, classical and folk dances, music traditions, traditional arts and crafts, cuisines, languages, attire, customs, fairs, rituals, cultural diversity, and the shared civilizational traditions that characterize Bharat. Wildlife and Environment (वन्यजीव और पर्यावरण – 100 pairs): Details India's rich biodiversity and environmental assets, covering national parks, wildlife sanctuaries, biosphere reserves, tiger reserves, elephant reserves, Ramsar wetlands, forest ecosystems, endangered species, environmental conservation initiatives, climate-related programmes, and ecological sustainability. Education (शिक्षा – 70 pairs): Covers India's educational ecosystem, including the National Education Policy, leading universities, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), research institutions, national educational bodies, scholarships, and the evolution of higher education and scientific research. Literature (साहित्य – 55 pairs): Documents India's rich literary heritage, covering classical Sanskrit literature, regional literary traditions, eminent poets, authors, philosophers, and scholars, including contributions to Hindi and other Indian languages, as well as significant literary works and cultural texts that have influenced Indian civilization.
